OmniPlus has a 24h HelpDesk backed up by an in-house Technical Support Team covering the whole of the UK. This Team will complete the installations, provide the training on-site and attend the service calls.
OmniPlus also provides bespoke training courses for engineering and branch staff. All our Trainers are fully qualified and have over 10 years experience in the maintenance environment.
Maintenance & Repair
Our Technical Support Team carry the necessary spares to make the most common repairs out in the field. If however the unit can not be repaired on-site we aim to replace it within 24h.
OmniPlus applies the highest standards in our repair processes. Rigorous testing and adhering to the manufacturers repair philosophy ensure post repair reliability.
Asset Management
Our Asset Management program is built around our advance-exchange service which enables Service companies to hold minimum stock.
This service is supported by our trade-in scheme which is backed up by our environmentally friendly re-cycling and disposal solution adhering to ISO 14001 standards.
